I am in love with Scotland. It’s been a 15 year love affair that just grows stronger and deeper every time I set foot in this magical country. Walking the highlands or wandering Edinburgh I just feel it’s my place in the deepest parts of soul. I have no idea why or how. It just is. So being able to photograph this wildly in love couple who had been living on different continents for a year while planning their wedding was just beyond my wildest dreams. We jumped a cattle gate and walked through a field of chest high thistle, we watched the fog float down the sheep covered hills, we woke up before the sun and watched it rise over Edinburgh Castle and we strolled down Circus Lane in full bloom. It’s something I will never forget and I am so honored Maggie & Alex brought me there to capture it all.
