When the world feels terrible and filled with fear and animosity I will pull these moments into my mind’s eye and remember how freaking pure and powerful love is. And I realize this all sounds trite or cliche but the way these two love each other and the way that love has transformed them into their truest selves is the greatest antidote to everything scary coming our way. And yes the flowers were STUNNING, and the wedding planner EXCEPTIONAL and the location beyond a DREAM but the vows, sweet heavens, the VOWS! These vows. To be loved so fully and completely is always cause for celebration. I just don’t even have the words for these lovely humans, I want to be friends with them forever just to bask in the glow of them.
